WHITNEY HOUSTON. Fist Part. The goddes dies young
WHITNEY HOUSTON: 1st part. The goddess dies young.
/ First Part /
It is difficult to summarize in this blog the wealth and short, but brilliant career of Whitney Houston. So I'll make some personal appreciations about this American singer and actress.
She was born in New Jersey in August 1963. From a family of female singers like her mother, her cousin Dianne Wuorky and as godmother Aretha Franklin.
At the beginning of the eighties her face appeared in magazines and her first album was released. Someone from the record company said that her appearance was "very ethnic" because she had not hair, they did not value her vocal quality. From then, she wore wigs of all colors and appeared beautiful and spectacular with her honey-colored complexion and curvy body. She does not know how to dance.
But when she sang, everyone fell silent and the miracle exploded. Her powerful and rich voice, luminous, powerful, fresh and pure, made her nickname "the voice".
Ann Powers of the Los Angeles Times refers to the singer as a "national treasure"
Her albums broke all sales records in the United States and the United Kingdom. Numerous Grammy awards, Golden Globe and topped the list of the Bill Board Magazine on several occasions.
She entered the cinema. Her main film "The Body Guard" was seen by millions of filmmlover and the soundtrack was a best seller.
Being in Cuba I remember that the national TV exhibited it for the end of the year. Whitney's performance was good but Kevin Costner's almost ruined the movie, with his fuc ... face, permanent he wanted to imitate a real bodyguard.
The song Whitney plays almost at the end of the film I Will AlWAYS LOVE YOU was a sales record. Written a few years earlier by country singer Dolly Parton, It is still the most sold song by a female singer of all time. I prefer to theme of the referred film "I HAVE NOTHING" to all others.
In January of 1991, she sang the national anthem of the United States, "The Star Spangled Banner", in the Super Bowl No. XXV (the final of American football) held in Tampa (Florida). This interpretation was later recorded as simple due to popular demand, reaching the number 20 in the United States, being the only version of the American anthem that manages to be a best seller, obtaining the platinum disc. The single also helped raise funds for the American Red Cross for the benefit of Gulf War Veterans and their families.
The artist's representatives confirmed the separation of the Brown-Houston marriage, which ended ended in divorce on April 24, 2007, obtaining her custody of her daughter. It is said that the rapper hit her and the beginning in the rite of drugs for which she received several tickets for rehabilitation.
On Thursday, February 9, 2012, Houston met with singers Brandy Norwood and Monica Arnold, along with her producer Clive Davis, to perform their rehearsals for the 2012 Grammy Awards pre-party. That same day, she gave her final public performance, when she joined Kelly Price on stage and sang together "Jesus Loves Me", during the party.
Two days later, on February 11, 2012 Whitney Houston died at the age of 48 in a hotel in Beverly Hills (Los Angeles), initially for unknown reasons.

WHITNEY HOUSTON / Primera Parte/
WHITNEY HOUSTON /Primera Parte/
Nació en New Jersey
No sabía bailar.
final del Filme I Will AlWAYS LOVE YOU fue record de ventas. Escrita algunos

iglesia New Hope Baptist en Newark, New Jersey.
]

FRIDAY, O
Death of a Goddess: Whitney Houston - last part.
WHITNEY HOUSTON: DEATH OF A YOUNG GODDESS.
Last part
In later information, it was reported that the American singer and
actress was found inanimate in the bathtub in her room. Her death was
determined at 3:55 p.m. on Saturday, 12 minutes after the call of her
relatives to the relief services. The paramedics practiced
cardiopulmonary resuscitation maneuvers for about 20 minutes, without
achieving any results. Local police said that "there are no obvious
signs of criminal intent".
Meanwhile, according to the sensationalist site TMZ, it is claimed
that she died submerged in her bathtub. She was accompanied by her
stylist, hairdresser and two bodyguards at the time of her death.
According to narrated, the singer took a long time in the bathroom and
people waiting outside, in the hotel room Beverly Hilton, began to miss.
Her hairdresser decided to go in and found Whitney Houston face down in
the bathtub, dead, with a trickle of blood coming out of her nose.
At first it was speculated that she fell asleep due to the effects of
a painkiller in combination with alcohol, since it is known that Xanax
habitually used to control anxiety. They found evidence of water in
their lungs, suggesting suffocation by drowning.
Houston held a gospel funeral with a massive and private ceremony on
February 18 at 12 noon (Eastern Time), at New Hope Baptist Church in
Newark, New Jersey.
She was buried on Sunday, the 19th, in the Fairview Cemetery, in
Westfield, New Jersey, where her father, John Russell Houston, is also
buried, who died in 2003. The daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby
Brown, Bobbi Kristina Brown, was buried together to the grave of her
mother in 2015.
Autopsy.
The official results of the autopsy were announced on March 22, 2012,
and confirmed some preliminary hypotheses. The Los Angeles County
coroner's office reported that the cause of death in Houston was
attributed to accidental drowning in which other contributing factors,
such as "the effects of atherosclerotic heart disease and cocaine use,"
were added. , the office said that the amount of cocaine found in the
artist's body was inhaled shortly before her death.
Thus, toxicology results revealed another type of medication in her system: Benadryl, Xanax, cannabis and Flexiril.
The form of death (very unusual) was cataloged as an "accident" by
doctors. According to the forensic document, it was confirmed that the
investigators found in the room remains of drugs and necessary utensils
to consume them. Even her nasal septum had a hole resulting from the
chronic use of cocaine.]
So simple but at the same time complicated, Whitney began her
other career to the pantheon of the Goddesses whose singular voices made
the world dream.
Her image will remain as a black beauty that at the same time had a privileged voice, of those that appear every 100 years.
