Acabo de leer la nota y veo que quien opina al final de la misma, dá a entender que la solución para abrir una cuenta y tener confidencialidad en los EE.UU., es hacerlo a través de una LLC. 
Estos son los comentarios que llevan a miles de personas a terminar pagando un impuesto (el Estate Tax) MUY FÁCILMENTE EVITABLE, además de tener que abonar interesantes honorarios a CPAs y Tax-Lawyers, para que les hagan las gestiones para pagar el impuesto y descongelar los activos.
