Several years ago, team of archaeologists excavating megalithic tomb of Montelirio tholos (Spain) found a 5000 year old dagger (8.5 in.long) formed from rock crystal. It was found along with 10 arrowheads, 4 blades and core for making weapons, all of which were rock crystal.
