Even with the progress made that gives us a glimpse of a way out, the context remains adverse. It is essential to deepen critical reflection through culture. BIENALSUR reaffirms its commitment to artists and audiences. Its original format represents a unique opportunity in that it builds a global art territory from KM 0 in Buenos Aires with focal points of action in different cities and countries. Beyond real and symbolic borders, open or closed, we work in an associative way with a network of local and international partners that allows us to connect communities through artistic practices that promote a critical agenda from which to interrogate the challenges of the present. In the coming days we will begin to present a staggered schedule of local and international support that makes possible the participation of artists and curators from all over the world in #BIENALSUR2021

ARTE + CULTURA + PENSAMIENTO + DIÁLOGO + COMUNIDAD: DESDE EL SUR DEL SUR Y HACIA LOS 5 CONTINENTES, LLEGA #BIENALSUR2021

La humanidad se enfrenta a una crisis sanitaria sin precedentes en el último siglo. Aún con avances que podrían hacernos vislumbrar una salida, el contexto se presenta adverso. Profundizar el pensamiento y el diálogo desde la cultura es imprescindible.

BIENALSUR reafirma su compromiso con artistas y públicos. Su formato original representa una oportunidad única en tanto construye un territorio de arte global desde el KM 0 en Buenos Aires con focos de acción en diferentes ciudades y países.

Más allá de las fronteras reales y simbólicas, abiertas o cerradas, trabajamos de manera asociativa con una red de cooperación local e internacional que nos permite conectar comunidades a través de una agenda crítica para pensar los desafíos del presente desde las artes.

En los próximos días comenzaremos a presentar con un calendario escalonado los apoyos que harán posible la participación de artistas y curadores, locales e internacionales, en #BIENALSUR2021
